History Cooperative Diagnostics is a South Carolina based firm. The company was founded in January of 2008 with the intention of making custom nucleic acid tests more widely available, enabling the widespread adoption of diagnostics with potential to benefit society. Cooperative Diagnostics has some of the most capable scientists in the world for the development of tropical blood screening diagnostics.

Cooperative Diagnostics uses the most advanced form of real-time PCR for diagnostic tests. The company approach takes advantage of a combination of Cooperative Diagnostics patented together with other off-patent technologies, eliminating the need for costly licenses. The company has reduced the diagnostic cost and reduced the time of new test development to less than 30 days, through a unique combination of
